Builder Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are not in any way legally bound, but instead relate to proper play and usage of features on the RainCloudPvP server and its websites.
Part 1: Modification of the Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. We will do our best to notify you upon these changes (through email and through server mail). Once agreeing to these terms through the appliance or recruitment forms, you agree to all future changes.
Part 2: General Usage of Builder's Region Access
As a member of the server's builder rank, you have access to place or destroy any block at any time around the server. Abusing this power will result in immediate revocation of your builder's rank (you will not be banned, unless a severe generic player rule is broken). Using your access to assist you or prevent fair play between other player's on the server is strictly prohibited. You are only allowed to use creative mode when on a building assignment. Server owners reserve the right to remove access to game mode switching at any time, and to possibly revoke your builder's rank, whether it be temporary or permanent.
Part 3: Usage of WorldEdit
As a member of the server's builder rank, you receive access to almost the complete set of WorldEdit commands and features. Creating to big of structures that can potentially majorly lag or crash the server is not allowed, unless stated otherwise by a server owner. Do not abuse your access to WorldEdit.
Part 4: Access to Moderation Commands and Gameplay Enhancing Commands
As a member of the server's builder rank, you get access to /kick. Unfair usage is not allowed. You also receive access to game enhancing commands such as /gamemode, /speed, /fly, /item, etc.. Using this commands during server gameplay (and not when you're building) is not allowed. You can also use /give, a command that allows interaction with other players. Remember, cheating is not allowed on the server. Using the /give command to give yourself or other players items (this can include using creative mode or /item and throwing the items to them) is not allowed, and can result in immediate revocation of your rank, and can possibly get yourself banned for cheating.
Part 5: Extended Access
If you are in need of more access to successfully complete your job, you can ask a server owner at any time. We will review your request and possibly grant access.
Part 6: Staff Priorities and Requirements
As a RainCloudPvP staff member, you must acquire sufficient on-server time. Although you are allowed to have staff ranks on other servers and be a builder on RainCloudPvP, they can not interfere with the RainCloudPvP staff needs. If other server staff ranks do begin to interfere with you being needed on this server, your builder rank may be revoked.
On-server time is important as a staff member. You need to be there whenever we need you (unless you can’t play on the server, because, I mean, this is Minecraft, not some real life job). Basically, if you are required to complete an important build on the server and instead are prioritizing other server building, your builder rank may be revoked.
As a builder, you are not specifically required to assist players as much as a moderator would have to. However, any allowed assist that you can do would be great.
Use common sense. Play fair and succeed in your staff roles. Or else...
